Our take on the classic Buttermilk Pecan Pie is made in three delicious steps
Step 1: A flaky, buttery, crust is made and baked for a short time to keep it crisp.
Step 2: Fill the crust with a tangy buttermilk custard.
Step 3: Cover the custard with halved pecans and bake until set.
No corn syrup in sight!
